They look like runners because they are runners, there pretty small looking shoe, pretty gay colors but i guess its todays fashion.

Innovate Fastlift 355 shoe.
Its a crossfit shoe, yes i am aware its crossfit and not bodybuilding.
but this shoe, if u look at it.. you will see the heal of it designed for deadlifts and APPARENTLY you can run and jump in these too.
