training templates
What are yalls thoughts on rp training templates? I have watched a ton of there youtube videos and even made a few of my own ruitines based opff these. Would it be worth the 100 they ask for the template. I have no problem supporting RP as they make great content IMO. Bought at the same time I want to get a quality product for my money. So i digress, what are yalls opinions on there templates. worth it or not and why?

I tried there app, they were good workouts, always seemed a little low on the volume, but trust the process. I only tried it for 5 weeks so I didn't get a good feel for a full 12 week mesocycle.
