Im trying to understand how to create a basic prep plan that can be adjusted as it goes. So what I want to ask for is some examples for basic one and tactics thought wise. Like a brief overview

im familiar with recomps and the phase of leaning out but the peak weak in particular I’ve heard so many methods and wanted to learn more as to the why certain methods are chosen
