I have a tie for first most hated muscles to work in my book. It would have to be hamstrings and abs!!!
ABS..once i get into them a few times they aint so bad. But, thats the hard thing...getting into them.
I can sympathize about the shoulders, for me it's the right one, specifically the outer delt. While doing the bench wearing the goddamn shirt I dumped the bar back at a powerlifting meet a month ago (which was miraculously caught by the spotters) and I still have pain. I can do most pull exercises with no trouble but chest, shoulder stuff, and even just getting under the bar to hold it in order to squat is hurting. Pisses me off because bench, chest, shoulders etc have went from my favorite exercises to my least always worrying about the pain that ensues, every so slowly improving...
Used to hate legs but now i would have to say back

Abs because, I really could careless for them but, I know I have to do them... And fucking bis... I just plain ol' suck at em! I usually just go light and go for reps til it burns. And fucking calves man... Will they just fucking GROW! I need some fertilizer for them, they're driving me NUTS!
