Shoulders right now cause I'm still babying rotator cuff injury. Normally I loved to train shoulders, but training like a pussy sucks!!
Hate training abs tho!!.. its just boring and the pain doesn't feel good
i guess im a rare breed here, chest is my least favorite. i work it the least out of all the muscles, i typically add on another shoulder day whenever i do chest, so i can have something to look forward to.
I LOVE/HATE training legs. I HATE the training itself, but I love the feeling/pump after a greuling leg workout.
For me it's legs !!! I don't even like thinking a out leg day, but I know it's a must thing to do, and I have to admit I like the pump and feeling after I'm done. Only thing is sometimes when I do legs real heavy, the day after I'm walking like a robot all day and going up and down stairs is a bitch !!!
fucking legs. I ride a bike everywhere, and god its brutal having to cycle 25 miles of errands after leg day... then repeat the day after,.. and after. feels like just when theh are starting to recover its leg day again. probably not helping them gain mass, but they are like rocks to touch.. and so what if i end up looking like johhny bravo? the ladies love him, right?

I'm grateful everyday I can still do this and know one day I will not.
I'll be sitting on my porch in my rocking chair in the future willing to give my left nut to be able to go to the gym and smash it just one more time.
