Quads and back, but only when I'm prepping for a show. Probably cause it's harder to get a pump going.

Absolutely hate abs and biceps. I feel like such a tool doing curls, but gots to be done if you want them 22's.

Calves and abs because i rarely train them lol. need to start especially abs. they get worked decently with the ssb squats, but could always use a lil more.

I hate training hams...for me it's such an awkward muscle to hit.
Can't really dead lift due to pretty serious back injuries.
