      least favorite muscle to train

      just wondering your least favorite muscle to train. i know most people will say legs, me personnaly i love a good leg workout. But i hate back day, not sure exactly why but it is a hit or miss for me, either way i never skip back day and always train hard

      Shoulders for me due to the pain I have in my left shoulder. Feels like bone rubbing bone even at moderate weight and my shoulder fails before my muscles do. Surprisingly my shoulders aren't lacking like I thought they would be at this point. Not sure if rotator cuff exercises would help or not. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. lol

      I can sympathize about the shoulders, for me it's the right one, specifically the outer delt. While doing the bench wearing the goddamn shirt I dumped the bar back at a powerlifting meet a month ago (which was miraculously caught by the spotters) and I still have pain. I can do most pull exercises with no trouble but chest, shoulder stuff, and even just getting under the bar to hold it in order to squat is hurting. Pisses me off because bench, chest, shoulders etc have went from my favorite exercises to my least always worrying about the pain that ensues, every so slowly improving...
