Massive pumps...try this. 2-3 sets warm up light weight 10-20 reps.
1st set....10 reps heavy weight
2nd set....25 reps slightly lighter weight
3rd set....100 reps with whatever you can handle but make sure you get to 100.
Im ripping up for summer and this is about all I can handle per bodypart. You'll be wiped out after the last set bro. But I love it cause the pumps are unreal and I sweat my ass off.
