methinks trainer of champs extraordinare charles glass puts it very simple in this clip ..... been doing that way myself for some two yrs or so and it WORKS . very very slow down and fast up , less weight but the muscle wonīt know the difference since the first reps count as much as do the last ones vs just up and down fast , bang bang bang ..... lots of "empty " reps there IMO . PLUS the glass way is way safer . got this from dorian yates btw . he did it in his training w success too . Iīd suggest you to give that way a try and see how it feels . much harder IMO that way
