I had chest training tonight, and I did a very similar work out to what he did here. And all I can say is WOW! The pump was incredible. I think I'm gunna start throwing in some routines like this more often.

Absolutely. Thurs after watching this, as I stated I did a very close to what this guy did. (A lil less weight tho. My shoulder needs operation) And I'm still hurting from it. I never hurt the next day after a chest work out. and it has been 2 days and still feeling it. I am gunna start doing a lot of this type of training in my routines. Did it with biceps yesterday and hold shit!
