      It has been awhile but I believe it was 23 reps I was 55 at a that time , 57 now getting ready for another show.

      may try again in couple months after the competition .

      My best ever was 62. I was 370 pounds and pressing low 600s raw. I tried again last week and hit 53, but Im only 320 now. Im starting a strength bulk in a few days and I plan on hitting a lot of personal bests this year. Also, Im 6'6 so you have to make up for the length with chest mass and great form

      Last attempt 44 but I was also like 275 or so.
      I used to play this game all the time with friends.

      Also body weight for reps.

      Dayummm some strong guys in here...When i was 318 I hit 52, some were short reps but still...lol at that time I hit 545 with the slingshot...and 505 raw. Then at 263# i hit 46 with a 470 raw... a well known PL and I (he estimated a certain % drop in wieght every 10# bodyweight) goes to show how fat you can be and not have quality weight on...I did feel different not connected to the weight...not solid but at 269 now eventually hit 535 with the slingshot again...about 3 months ago for my 45th Bday...so now I am old and fat...LOL

      Nice bro. Im trying right now to put some quality weight on. My goal is to bust 700 bench raw. I got 645 raw two years ago...but Im gonna chase that bitch down one last time. Ive given myself a year. Test. Test cruise. Test/Tren...long ass cycle with some deca for joints. Hopefully I hit it. Im 42 and its probably my last chance to put up a big number.

      well i read this and just tested myself 225 29 reps. my arms were shakey at end last two was money but i hit triceps and biceps hard today, i did this once with 145 and was two shy of 60 reps. i am a reps guy my sets consist of 15 reps. so football players were hitting 35 reps well that's my goal i will holla back when i reach it good luck guys.
