Most I ever did was 30. I honestly don't care much about the weight on bench press anymore though. If anything I look at how to get my chest to burn with lower weights so I can save my shoulders

Have hit 25 before. Struggle with volume on the bench and obviously with push ups. I gas out quickly on these movements more than any other volume I try.

It is all fiction.. I don't condone any of it in real life. I am not a professional or medical doctor just a figment of your imagination

I know there are a lot of dudes that can go forever with it, I just like to see where I hit in the mix as far as my age group, weight etc.
If I fall too short on the list around here it will only motivate me. My goal is 25 reps, currently I can do 23 on a great day with the pre workout, sleep etc falls into place. I've been working at it for 6 months dealing with minor injuries and working through them, elbow, shoulder etc. Normal stuff for middle age guys. So how about it?

      225lbs 23 reps
I'm not sure I can't get that much on a dumbbell
