Never tried seeing how many I can do in one set but my usual bench is 5 sets of 225 for 10-12 reps per set go up a bit depending on how I feel that day.

Last I recall attempting that was my ‘deload’ set whereI did 18 reps after 5 work sets. Last work set was 315 for 6 reps then had spotter help me to 8. Then went down to 225 for reps

Kinda new at weight lifting. Going hard for about 6 months. I was watching a youtube video . Dude got the record of 49 reps. I did a workout where i did 72 reps. But it took me 9 sets. . Best so far was 13 consecutive. Im gonna test again. This is natural. And about 6 weeks ago
Ill post my new results . I know you guys cant wait . Lol
[QUOTE=Smoove;115259]I have a goal set after watching the NFL combine and they use 225 as their gauge
I know there are a lot of dudes that can go forever with it, I just like to see where I hit in the mix as far as my age group, weight etc.
If I fall too short on the list around here it will only motivate me. My goal is 25 reps, currently I can do 23 on a great day with the pre workout, sleep etc falls into place. I've been working at it for 6 months dealing with minor injuries and working through them, elbow, shoulder etc. Normal stuff for middle age guys. So how about it?
225lbs 23 reps[/QUOTE
Probably 20-25. Ill give it a go tomorrow and report back
I am 5'11" and 255lbs at 12% bf.
Some strong mofos round here!

32 or 33 this past Monday baby! But to be fair, I’ve been cutting the weight down since I tore/fractured my shoulder. So I’ve been repping 225 for a few months.
