I hit my Quads once a week then rotate my delts... i go half way up and to the outside of my Quad.

I rotate delts, glutes and ventro glutes. Delt and VG are my fav. I did quads for a long time but only do it when I pin a lot of prop and the sites are still sore. But I really hate pinning quads. Almost like I can feel going thru veins and nerves at times.

My first time with quads, I had the same problem. I said, I would never do it again. Well, I did.... Now its super easy, I love it. I can almost do it in the dark. (Don't recommend). but, no pain at all anymore...

I hit my quads high and on the side. REally don't have any issues. pin with a 25g inch and a half. Once in a while when Im climbing alot of ladders at work I get a little soreness but nothing even worth bitching about

^^^ same here high and on the side,also danimal try doing ventro glute very easy to hit and can take 3ml or more

Timely topic for me. I've been pinning in the quads for the last 8 weeks, essentially 1cc sust 300, 1cc mastoprop twice a week, with no problems. Since I added a little more prop (totallying 2 1/2cc of stuff in the pin twice a week) I've had a major issue with PIP. Since doing this yesterday I've had this goddamn painful lump---is this from too much juice in the quad? I'm meticulous about the location of pinning. I had a guy tell me once that I shouldn't inject more than 1cc into the quads, and I might add I didn't go deep at all into the muscle. It's so bad today I'm limping around like a cripple and considering going back to the glutes once more.

Literally everytime i pin delts, it all leaks out. doesnt matter how small of a needle or how long i hold it in there. I stick to quads. interested in trying pecs
