Thread: pinning body parts

Last cycle was Prop/Tren and pinned ED. Only rotated between Quad's and Delt's and really had no issues. Used 23G x 1.5" pin and usually good to go!!!

I have insulin pins coming, using 21 g right now.

1.5" 23ga in the delts and quads?? Good on ya bro... 25ga 1" for delts and quads will help to minimize scar tissue and PIP.

Dang bro... 21ga... Preci Pinz has plenty of stock 23-25ga pins.

Man pinning lats? i have never heard of that... makes me cringe when i think of it... I have some friends that do traps.... and calves

This is from my doctor when I asked him how to properly inject B12.

Its called something like the z trap method any way once you locate the injection point pull the skin in any direction about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch then insert the pin while holding the skin and inject as you normally would. When the pin is pulled the skin returns but cover the path of the needle sealing and trapping the fluid.

i hit quads all over so i get less scar tissue, delts and gluts, quads are my favorite but it sometimes hurts poking the skin, i try to hit new areas like lower and they dont hurt much after you've done it for a few months

The delts leak a little with 21. g.

Does anyone use a 5/8 in delts? I have been using a 1" but it feels like it gets to deep. When I pin my right delt specifically it causes my pinky finger to go numb the next day or two

Hey man i have used 5/8 in delt and no problems. Just make sure you push to the end of the needle so it is deep enough if to shallow i would think it would cause some problems.
