      Literally everytime i pin delts, it all leaks out. doesnt matter how small of a needle or how long i hold it in there. I stick to quads. interested in trying pecs

      This is from my doctor when I asked him how to properly inject B12.

      Its called something like the z trap method any way once you locate the injection point pull the skin in any direction about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch then insert the pin while holding the skin and inject as you normally would. When the pin is pulled the skin returns but cover the path of the needle sealing and trapping the fluid.

      Last cycle was Prop/Tren and pinned ED. Only rotated between Quad's and Delt's and really had no issues. Used 23G x 1.5" pin and usually good to go!!!

      1.5" 23ga in the delts and quads?? Good on ya bro... 25ga 1" for delts and quads will help to minimize scar tissue and PIP.

      Man pinning lats? i have never heard of that... makes me cringe when i think of it... I have some friends that do traps.... and calves

      i hit quads all over so i get less scar tissue, delts and gluts, quads are my favorite but it sometimes hurts poking the skin, i try to hit new areas like lower and they dont hurt much after you've done it for a few months

      Yeah quads are always the most sensitive for me. Like you said even just inserting the needle I feel it more than delts or glutes (which I don't even notice). It's no where near unbearable pain or anything but with glutes I rarely feel anything when piercing the skin.
      Sometimes I get a weird feeling in quads inserting needle like I'm scraping a nerve or something. I just go slow and pause then push a little more and then the needle is in. Not sure why. Maybe it is a nerve?

      Pip is always worse in quads compared to the others but only a couple times with recent gear was it annoying where I felt like i was limping. Most times just feels a bit sore but I can walk and work out fine. I mostly use short ester though so that could be why I notice it.


      i use 25g 1" for everything.

      I LOVE quads now, when I first started with them I could barely walk now I cant even tell. For quads I use a 1" 25ga, and have hit what I think is a nerve 2-3 times I actually pull the pin out and relocate it creates less damage than just pushing through a twitching quad-lol

      I do not like glutes at all afraid of infeaction that close to my nerves, I pinned there once and got a huge ass knot...

      I started using a 5/8 25GA for delts last week and really like the differance, the 1" for me just caused a little to much pip.
