      Best method and spot to shoot quads and delta. Shot quads once and couldn't walk for a week.

      I usually pin my quads about 1/3 of the way up the muscle from my kneecap, 'least thats how my juice mentor showed me haha. The only time i get really get leg pain is from a nice big shot of masteron in the quad, everything gets real tight.

      I hit my Quads once a week then rotate my delts... i go half way up and to the outside of my Quad.

      This is what I do and never had a problem. I don't mind pinning my Quads at all, I prefer them over delts.

      Sprayandpay, those quad pinnings are no joke! I vouch for the pain and soreness when pinning in quads. Studies show that gluteal shots are okay every other day. So if those quads are a problem, try sticking with the glutes and delts. I've had best luck by locating the acromion process (which is that protruding part at the top of your shoulder and then locate that dip between your arm and the shoulder. Then aim for the middle of that. There are tutorials on youtube for proper location on delts, glutes and quads! If you feel ballsy enough, you can pin your biceps also. I am not a fan of the biceps tho. If you have really hardly any room in your biceps...it will b really tight after inj. Hope that helps a little. HAPPY LIFTING MY FRIEND.

      Quads suck but it becomes necessary when pinning alot the soreness does get better though
