I injured my leg last year, literally fell impaled myself on an iron fence from just above the knee to my crotch. between that and chronic back issues, legs took a back seat for a while. but since starting this cycle my back pain has practically dissappeared, and my leg is fully healed, so im stoked to see where i can take them over the next six months.

Well I can see how that would put a damper in your leg workouts...OUCH!!! That is a serious injury and definitely makes you a solid candidate for the brotherhood of pain! Well then hit physique and just get your feet wet on stage, assuming this is your first competition?

yup. first show. placing doesnt matter, just committed to finally doing it, and using that goal to keep me committed over the coming year. My wife and i made a bucket list of the goals weve always talked about but never followed through on and are helping each other cross them off one by one.
