      looks like you have a solid base going brother....keep up the good work.... fasted cardio in the morning is BS imo.....all you need is a calorie deficit and cardio 5 x a week....and for an added boost lower your carbs to your sweet spot. ican function well on energy and lose fat on 50 - 100 carbs a day. if i go below 20 a day i lose weight rapidly but feel llike SHIT.

      Greens
      Fish and salad

      uhhh, then bed...

      Probably 2500+ cals right there... 160g or proteins if not more.

      There is an idea...

      OH and I have a apple too everyday, I don't know why, I just like apples. Gallas, good fiber source I guess.

      i will dump the shakes and replace with food. yeah im going to do a low dose tren run to see how i fair with it.

      Tren is strong but nothing to be afraid of. Just do low dose to start and get some caber or prami ( never used prami). If your doing ace then if you get any sides then they will go away quick. Tren is good Cuz a little goes a long way. Good luck. I'm sure your gonna love it
