so these where last night my bf is pretty high my measurements are arms 17. chest 43 3/4 waist is a 38 pants. i have cleaned my diet up allot and am working out in the morning before work on an empty stomach. any help will be appreciated how can i get ripped the fuck up lol im sick of the high bf and want to thin out allot.

Keep up the work bro!! The only suggestion i have is that you not workout on an empty stomach. This can hurt what you are trying to accomplish!!

i do about 30 min of cardio after my lifting is there anything esle i should be doing usually i do about 15 min on the eliptical then another 15 on the treadmill
