so these where last night my bf is pretty high my measurements are arms 17. chest 43 3/4 waist is a 38 pants. i have cleaned my diet up allot and am working out in the morning before work on an empty stomach. any help will be appreciated how can i get ripped the fuck up lol im sick of the high bf and want to thin out allot.

i do about 30 min of cardio after my lifting is there anything esle i should be doing usually i do about 15 min on the eliptical then another 15 on the treadmill

The right when u wake cardio isn't necessary.. I get the most cut up by doing two a days.. 25 mins before or after lifting and 25-30 before bed is how I've always done it.. 5-6 days a week

i work a desk job so sitting around allot is always going to happen lol. breakfast after workout is usually bannana with two hard boiled eggs or a protien shake, lunch either a salad with chicken in it or a sandwich of some sort with fruit dinner chicken or some kinda meat light carb like potatoes and vegtables normal proportion for all the meals. protien shake about an hour before bed.
