Thread: Bonjour from Drummondville.

Hey guys ! Im on this forum since a few years but i was inactive for a long time. I want to reintroduce myself and greet you all. I live in a small city near Montreal and im bodybuilding since 20 years . Im 38, 270 pounds and 6' tall. I struggle with a partially torn rotator cuff and im always looking for things that help me working out with that condition. Im homebrewing since a while. I have a good knowledge on nutrition and supps but im always willing to learn new stuff.
