      No sir! I havent done a full body ina bout 3 years or so.. I figured it would be good for growth in the phase im in..
      I wanna try to get strong as fuck in the big lifts!

      I typically like to do a modified push/pull/legs routine... but its good to switch it up every few weeks or so... i periodize like a MFer!

      When i hit my phase 3 , or clean up phase, in 5 weeks i'll switch training to a more higher rep, higher volume , less frequency approach...drops carbs just a touch, add tren, winstrol, and anavar... drop the deca and NPP... i recomp like a prick !
