      Easy Bitcoin Security

If your not familiar with bitcoin, please feel free to read up on it here...

      https://bitcoin.org/en/

After you are familar with the unregulated bitcoin market you can open up a wallet that is linked to your bank account here...

      https://www.coinbase.com/

Now before you just start spending bitcoins like dollar bills at a strip club, its important to make sure you take extra security measures. To do this you will want to open up another wallet to act as a proxy. You can do that here...

      https://blockchain.info/

Now...when you find a specific "item" you want to purchase. You can...

      1. Transfer money directly from your bank account to your coinbase wallet
      2. Next, take money from your coinbase wallet and send it to your blockchain wallet.
      2. Then send it from your blockchain wallet to your 'item' source's blockchain wallet.
      3. He will then transfer the funds from his blockchain wallet to his coinbase wallet, which goes directly to his bank account.

The circle of bitcoin life. It's really simpler than it sounds.

You can add a 3rd wallet if you'd like but it isn't really necessary unless your transferring ungodly amounts.

There are alot of smart people out there that have better ways of doing it i'm sure, but this is as simple as I can make it. I would like to see other ideas posted so I can improve. This little instruct-able is designed to add an extra layer of security to your bitcoin use. There may be some small fees involved with blockchain, but it's minimal.

Don't forget your responsibility of due diligence.

      Love you brothers,

      Zen

Please don't suggest blockchain. It's a shitty service plagued with vulnerabilities. There are much better alternatives (multibit, bitcoinqt, electrum) that are just as easy to setup

I've personally never had any issues with blockhain...but to each their own. I haven't found a perfect system out there yet on the "interwebs", only what works well for me at this point in time from field-testing over time.
Thanks for the other suggestions bro...if there are any other ways that are easier or more user-friendly...will you share it with us? Its good to be on top of the info food chain.

      Love ya buddy

I wish I could say yes my friend, but I would be lying if I did. My perspective being that I don't think their is such a thing as 100% safe. Life is to risky for me to make a claim like that. But I will say, you can get as close as you can to feeling secure by taking precautions like this. It puts the odds in your favor anyways. Over the long term, technology is constantly changing for the good and the bad...the balance changes from one day to the next. You just have to practice due diligence everyday and keep on truck'n.

      Love ya bro
