Wanna share some experience in case anyone else also had this problem... Need to register your bank/cc info on a desktop browser so u can buy bitcoins through Coinbase... Mobile app was giving me a hard time. Once u complete the process on a computer, u can do everything else from the mobile app such as buy bitcoins and send them to friends. Just a heads up!
