      I start my research of MK-677 and MK-2866 couple days ago (Saturday - 31/03). Was reading on forum that best is to build up the dose, so started rely low and slowly increasing. Planning to run on 25mg. MK-677 for ~6 mounts and MK-2866 for 5 weeks. MK-2866 at 10:00 of the morning and MK-677 at 17:00 (going to sleep at ~23:00-00:00)

      Effects:
      Not to sure if there is any or its just in my brain as I expecting it to happen, so just writing how I feel over all this week:
      -Hungry- looks like is the same (im trying to do intermittent fasting for 16h so Im all the time hungry
      ). After consuming product have strong salivation.
      -Sleep- before starting research had sleepless nights, so maybe this is impact. But now at morning till afternoon I'm walking around sleepy, didn't had that before. But maybe it's becose we have run out of coffee in office this week But if serious i think i feel more sleeper during the day then before )
      -Bloat- nothing, cheeking by wedding ring.

      Love the detail in this thread bro. I'm in the process of learning about mk677 also. The increased sleepiness is a good sign, from what I have read. The mk677 is said to help with sleep and achieve REM sleep faster. Will be following along to watch progress. Good luck !

      A bit of prehistory:
      After injury with painkillers (ibuprofen) and cooling plasters (maybe they had some painkillers as well dont know exactly but was prescribed to keep it for 5-6h). One day I manage to do 5 x 32 kg at dumbbell shoulder press seated. But next time, when I stop using plaster and paint killer, with 30kg dumbbells I felt paint and wasn't able to perform exercise. Probably the best way to explain what's happening would be: there is a feeling that the bone in shoulder joint is going off. So I went down to 28 and finish exercise.
      As I was planning to take blood test I stop taking any supplementation and didn't go to gym for about a week.
      So as I was writing before I started my research last week and get back to the gym.

      Today I had shoulder, biceps day. As previously I stated I just writing how do I feel at this point. Was it because of MK 677, or MK 2866, or because of ~ week of break from gym, or 200mg of caffeine (but this is not high dose for me) I don't know.
      So at dumbbell shoulder press seated I did 8x 32kg! and shoulder didn't bother me.
      Yes, after all exercises now I feel discomfort/ small pain but over all looks like it better.

      Hello everyone,

      So I would like to make short update regarding my slipping (just as usual only how I feel at this point).
      On my day off was able to sleep about ~9h (went ~01:00 woke up ~10:00). But next night had difficulties to fell down to sleep (went to bed after 02:00 and it took unreal time to fell down to sleep).
      Don't feel any more sleepy during day but it's difficult to fell down to sleep during night as well. So now I wondering why I was feeling so sleepy previous week, is it my research or is it fatigue from the week before

      Hello everyone,


      This time I would like to write how it's going with my injury.


      Let's start with a fact: yesterday had chest day and have load smith machine with 100 kg and did 3 times.
      Yes, it's still not the same results as was before the injury (was pressing barbell on free weights). But it was ok to do so without having pain in my shoulder. Maybe I would be able to do more if I wasn't doing triceps day before (usually I don't do this way but it just happened) and was pressing closer to collarbone how I got used to (changing technique to not get the same injury)


      Honestly saying, from first days of research I felt the difference but wasn't too sure if I just pondering it. Or I felt better because of ~1 week gym break. But I think if the stuff wouldn't work, I would be able to pres 3x100kg yet.
      I do take some joint supplementation. I'm on my ~1.5 bottle of Animal Flex. But I don't think that this is its merit.


      It's not healthy 100%, I feel that something is still wrong with it. But it's much better and now time to time I can sleep on that side.

      If I remember correctly some studies showed that MK677 increase your sugar level and leed to insulin resistance.
      I have came across this artikolu: Berberine: A Powerful Supplement With Many Benefits - its says that taking Berberine can help with that.
      Anyone have any thought about it?

      It's difficult to say as you see yourself every day and it's only 2 weeks 1 of which was on low dose. I would say muscles feel more full/pumped. But I have slightly increased carbs so it's can be they had filled up just with glycogen .
      Overall my weight went up, its in rage of ~78-80kg(but again more carbs more water in the body). On my ~5-6 week I was thinking to make a photo and compare how it was before. As well in gym I have that machine which count your muscles/fat weight (you stand on scale holding things in your hand and they check it by electrical impulse as I know). Not really I trust it (as I have really strange readings about my fat) but I guess it's better then nothing.

      Hello,


      I decided to change the time of use of Ibutamoren.
      One of the reason is that I quite often somewhere out 18:00 whats cause difficulties.
      The second reason is that I have sleeping problems. So I decided to give it a try at AM and see how it will go. Of course, there can be some other reasons like: as I'm working in 24/7 business every 3 weeks I have 4 nights shift which fully mixed up my sleeping pattern. As well probably I will stop taking leucine pre bead or just will change it to like 1-3h before bed. Because before when I was taking glutamine before bed I was noticing a little boost in energy so maybe its similar with leucine
