Good fuking morning...lol rip big rich.....so i decided to mix it up a bit and take two days back to back off...my back was very tight still...and i was tired this morn...broke off another awsome peice of ass last night...wife deff getting suspicious... might have got a little too rowdy last night and pouring sweat lol....anyway.. good to mix things up keep the body guessing.....mondays blow back to work!!

Thanks bro yeah I put mine through quite a bit the last 20 years lol drug use prison etc lol and then busted on two cycles of steroids acting the fool... so I really got to take it easy and maintain my composure I figure as long as I don't get too crazy running grams per week hopefully everything will be good.. she will not put up with any of that s*** again
