      24 yo
      6ft
      Bench 375
      Squat. 400+
      Deadlift 480
      Ill be,updating this as i go and feel like it.

      Feel like crap today been working in the Florida heat all day with a suit on so may be a rough day at the gym.

      Okay so for my shoulder tricep day.

      I worked up to 345 for 2 on close grip bench.
      Then a 3x5 for 225 on shoulder press .

      After that was my circuits
      Corcuit A
      Laterals 30lb for 3x12
      Rear flys

      Circuit B
      4x6 dips with 135lb on a weight belt.
      Leg hanging leg raises for abs.

      The workout was cut short due to needing to run errands for the misses

      Weighed in at 209 at the end of the day.

      Yesterday/thursday/ Leg day.

      Diet was
      420 calories of miniwheats with whey protein 200(calories) in the morning plus milk. 700cals

      Baked tenders for lunch and oatmeal(550-700cals)

      Tenders for dinner . 700cals
      ...i need veggies

      Workout legs

      Squats
      315 for 4
      345 for 3
      365 for 3
      385 for 3
      405 for 1
      Hip hurt so it was not as easy as i would of liked.

      Leg press
      6 plates each side
      2 sets of 10

      7 plates each side
      2 sets of 10


      Leg extension/leg curl/calf raises/
      4 sets of 20 of each.

      Hanging leg raises and hip flexer workouts
      3 sets of till it felt good.

      Ended my day at 206.2lbs

      Weighed in 207.5 this morning but feeling more lean this weak for sure.

      Soo today I have

      Mini wheats 3 cups 600 cals
      1.5cups of milk. 225 cals
      Protein powder. 200 cals
      Total breakfast. 1025 cals

      Lunch is mash potato. 250 cals
      Chicken bites. 300cals
      Green beans. 31 cals
      Total for lunch. 581


      Banana for snack. 105cals

      Dinner will be

      Rice and steak bites. 700 cals ish

      Today's total. 2411 ish I rounded my portions up so a little less.



      Hopefully the extra carbs will help my bench today

      355 for 1
      365 for 3 sets of 1
      Drop to 295 for speedwork for 5 sets of 3

      Incline press for 4x8-12

      Machine Flys. 5 sets

      Triceps rope extensions for 3 sets to failure

      May do more depending on how but this is the base for today.
