I almost always have some gummy bears or starburst after workout with shake. If neither of those are available then i grab a banana.

Agreed with jd and joker.
I sip a dextrose Gatorade cocktail mixed with 8800mg bcaas, creatine also, when I'm using it during wo. I include dextrose with Whey isolates also.
I need my carb peri WO all the time, it all depends on the variables, tren can cause me to be insulin sensitive and carb depleted very fast sometimes. and I may need that Gatorade, dextrose cocktail early on. Welches grape or even apple juice is great with frozen fruit for whey isolate shakes,.
