      spike your glucose

Do any of you guys drink Welches grape juice or eat a couple of tbsp of
Honey right after your work out to spike your glucose. And what's
your all's belief on this. Is it productful or not?

I use dextrose from NOW foods towards end of workout.

      20g dextrsoe
      10g BCAA
      5g Creatine (optional)
      Mio flavoring*

It is very important to ingest high gylcemic carbo after intense weight training to push into anabolic window
