      BMR CALCULATOR

      I'm sure there is a thread here somewhere with this but I figured I'd just post it anyways...lol Here's a link to calculate your BMR so you have a good idea how many calories you should be eating.

      BMR just amount of calories you need to survive(resting period). I don't think it includes the calorie intake for what you need for your daily activities.

      That is the amount of calories it takes to maintain your current weight. If you burn 500 calories a day and want to stay at your current weight you have to eat 500 more calories. 3500 calories is a pound, add 3500 calories a week and you'll gain 1lb a week. Cut 3500 calories a week and you'll lose a pound a week. It's just something to give you a base to work from.
