      Pour Protein'd™ Cheese Sauce on potatoes, chips, toast or English muffin, or cooked vegetables. Or use as dip for chips, fresh vegetables, or popcorn. You can even spoon it straight. It's that good!



      It's a High Protein Cheese Sauce mix that you add water to and it makes a great tasting (according to them) cheese sauce to put on your foods. Here's the Nutritional info on it...


      INGREDIENTS: Whey protein isolate, CLA rich oil, Modified Food Starch, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Sea Salt, Sugar, Fructose, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Sodium Phosphate, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Lactic Acid, Annatto (natural color), Soy Lecithin*, Enzymes, Turmeric (natural color).

      21G of protein and low fat!! Definitely worth trying out.Sodium content is a little high but it should be good once in a while as long as you still keep your daily values in check.

      Protein'd™ Cheese Sauce - Mac N Cheese




      1. Heat 3 tablespoons (that’s a little less than ¼ cup) of water to 140°F. Use food thermometer to be fairly accurate for best results.
      2. Add one full level scoop of powder to pre-heated water. Stir until smooth.
      3. Pour onto approximately ½ cup of cooked macaroni noodles.
      4. Enjoy and feel healthy!



      Protein'd™ Cheese Sauce - Mashed Potatoes




      1. Measure amount of water recommended for 1 cup of instant mashed potatoes
      2. Combine water and potato flakes in microwave safe bowl
      3. Heat on high until almost boiling according to microwave chart
      4. Add ½ cup of milk (or replace milk with water)
      5. Stir with fork until potatoes are smooth and cool until temperature is 140 degrees or below
      6. Mix in 1 scoop of Protein'd™ Cheese Sauce UNJURY
      7. Stir until combined and smooth, enjoy!



      Protein'd™ Cheese Sauce - Cooked Vegetables




      1. Heat 3 tablespoons (that’s a little less than ¼ cup) of water to 140°F. Use food thermometer to be fairly accurate for best results.
      2. Add one full level scoop of powder to pre-heated water. Stir until smooth.
      3. Then, microwave vegetables in microwave safe bag, following package directions.
      4. Spoon Protein'd™ Cheese Sauce over vegetables, enjoy!

      3. Meanwhile scramble 1-2 eggs or egg whites.
      4. Toast English Muffin, bread or bagel.
      5. Spread warm cheese over English Muffin, Bread or bagel.
      6. Add scrambled eggs, enjoy!



      Protein'd™ Cheese Sauce - Quesadilla


      1. Heat 3 tablespoons (that’s a little less than ¼ cup) of water to 140°F. Use food thermometer to be fairly accurate for best results.
      2. Add one full level scoop of powder to pre-heated water. Stir until smooth.
      3. Meanwhile warm 1 soft tortilla in microwave (about 60 seconds).
      4. Spread the warmed Protein'd™ Cheese Sauce over the tortilla.
      5. Optional - add salsa, shredded lettuce, refried or black beans, sour cream or grilled chicken.

      I'm amazed with all the products with protein added in.
      Now they have chips with protein!
      So protein chips dipped into protein cheese sauce....protein overload!
