      nice list i love to drink 7 small strawberrys half cup whole oats and one small banana with labrado whey isolate strawberry is my favorite i dont like chocolste never had and Labrado makes the best protein powders IMO I only use whey isolate cause i get most of my protein from whole food but im the am and post workout ill take 2 scoops which is 50 grams of protein with vitargo the best carb supp postworkout when bulking ill do 50 grams protein 75 grams of carbs from vitargo when cutting ill do 50 50 and prepping for a show ill only take 25grams vitargo
