okay I'm about 194 I was at nine percent body fat at 190 something but now I'm about 20 percent body fat still at the same lbs I have stopped lifting for 9 months because of golfers elbow and gyno so I need some help here bad I have evolution t3 witch is some strong stuff but is good to go guys and I'm bout to get some testosterone so I will be using them to cut now ima be doing split workouts monday chest arms Tuesday legs Wednesday off Thursday back and shoulders Friday legs Sat and Sunday but will add 45 of cardio off days then for test cc and a hafe of test and 25 mcg of t3
