Thread: What's the Best Diet for Losing Fat?

For losing weight diet and exercise both are useful. In diet it is good to eat less but simple food like fruits and vegetables. I must say that vege diet is good for losing weight and fat. I have reduced lot of fat with eating simple vegetables and fruits.
