Healthy diet and daily work out help us to keep healthy and fit and provide us energy to fight against too many diseases. We need to avoid to eat bad junk foods because it help to lead many diseases and it cause over weight, diabetes, cancer and other diseases, so avoid this or eat 1 or 2 days per week, if you can't stop to eat completely. We need to eat more vitamin and protein foods which are good and provide energy to body. Doing exercise and other work out in daily base also help to stay fit and healthy, it help to lose fat, cure from diabetes, help to remove wrinkles and help to glow on skin. We need to change our daily life style routine to make happy or healthy living style.
