I add a tablespoon or 2 into my protein drinks..120 calories a serving and its a lot of monosaturated fats...very cheap weight gainer with regular protein. I started again a week ago...im going to pay close attention to see if it really makes a difference the extra 500-600 calories

I'll have to give this a try myself. Also thinking about trying a couple of raw eggs in the shake (minus the yoke). Just haven't gotten around to it.

It don't taste bad mixed with something like a shake or over top of oatmeal.
