I don't think u should worry so much about how clean your calories are . You need a big surplus and eating 5000 clean calories is not easy ! At least it's not for me . Throw in a pint of ice-cream several nights a week. I do this while bulking and I promise it helps .
There are dozens of kids in my gym who are constantly pulling their shirts up past their stomachs to see their abs and these kids do not look like they lift weights !
Diet is the most challenging part of this lifestyle IMO .

thanks for the advice i will wait a while then i will tell you i just got home from the joint and i ate very well there and i also trained very hard because there is not much els to do i just kinda try to keep my diet clean as my money situation will allow but from some of the replays i have gotten i guess that the clean part is not so important ?
The only problem with not eating clean all the time is it makes it so much harder to eat clean when you want to cut. I don't like using the whole "I'm bulking" as a reason to eat bad. You're just gonna make habits you don't want. I say try to eat clean as possible all the time. Just eat more, tuna is cheap so eating a few extra cans a day shouldn't get to costly. A couple extra protein shakes a day too will help get some extra clean calories.
It's been my experience with younger, even inexperienced guys, who have "juice on their mind", are not going to listen to anyone who tells them not to take juice (especially when every single one of us giving the advice does). I'm betting that he has already made the decision to jump on a cycle, so I think it's best not to judge him, and just provide him with cycle suggestions that will suit him and not harm him... After all, I started using much younger than 23 (not proud of it but it's the truth) and I wouldn't listen to anyone who used roids trying to talk me out taking them, either. So that being said, I agree with Enrod with starting out with a basic Test E/C cycle @ 500 MG/week for 8 weeks followed by PCT... You will be amazed with the gains if you eat even semi-right with this... I'm definitely not saying any of the above advice is wrong, because they are all absolutely correct. What everyone is trying to say is that you might think about training for as long as possible and making as many gains naturally, figuring out a decent diet plan, before using AAS, because it will only benefit you in the long run... I'm not a doctor, just giving my .02 cents! Best of luck and whatever you decide, I hope it works out for you! There is a lot of good advice on this site, but that's all it is---advice---you have to make your own decisions!
It's been stated above but right now AAS shouldn't even be a option.. clean up your diet and work from there.. saying You are going to start eating better when on cycle is crap. Use this time to clean it up now and see what gains you make from that
