im 23 yrs old , 5'8 , 150 lbs , been training on and off since ive been 20. not sure what my body fat is exactly but im pretty lean, about to run my first cycle , I workout with titanman and hes helping me with learning about gear and how to take it properly but im open to any advice is appreciated. Looking to gain 20-30 lbs but I would like to be lean in the end , i dont want to blow up and look puffy. Right now my bench max is 225. im not so much concerned about powerlifting , but i obviously want to get stronger as i grow. Im taking atleast 150g of protein a day shakes included , I try not to eat things high in sodium and try to eat mostly good carbs , but once i start my cycle I am going to be following a much stricter diet which i would also appreciate some advice on.
