      looking for advice , heres my stats

      im 23 yrs old , 5'8 , 150 lbs , been training on and off since ive been 20. not sure what my body fat is exactly but im pretty lean, about to run my first cycle , I workout with titanman and hes helping me with learning about gear and how to take it properly but im open to any advice is appreciated. Looking to gain 20-30 lbs but I would like to be lean in the end , i dont want to blow up and look puffy. Right now my bench max is 225. im not so much concerned about powerlifting , but i obviously want to get stronger as i grow. Im taking atleast 150g of protein a day shakes included , I try not to eat things high in sodium and try to eat mostly good carbs , but once i start my cycle I am going to be following a much stricter diet which i would also appreciate some advice on.

      I wouldn't use any juice at that weight. You only need food right now, honestly. If you haven't learned to eat your cycle is just going to be wasted.

      like i said , im cleaning up my diet before i start a cycle. I know how to eat right I was just asking for some advice from experienced guys on how they eat and diet while on cycle. Ive already put on about 15 lbs naturally. Im not that tall.

      I think gaining 20lbs would be difficult without 4 to 5k calories .
      Also if you have fast metabolism it will be difficult .
      Bulking you will have bloat if your looking for big numbers

      I'm 5'9, I didn't take my first cycle till I was over 200lbs. I was a soaking wet 160lbs when I was adult height, it may take him longer but he needs to eat. If he can't put on this weight without steroids, then he won't do it with them either. He will bloat, recomp a bit due to nutrient partitioning, and then back to square 1 post cycle. You will either A. Finally figure it out, or B. be stuck in the cycle rut that a lot of anabolic users are.. cycle, gain 10-15lbs, off cycle, lose 10-15.. two, three, four years from now you'll look the same because the one thing you didn't focus on bit you in the ass. He will not learn to eat properly by hopping on a cycle, I've been there, and I'm sure we all have. We let steroids be our crutch and most, if not all users have wasted their first cycles.. I looked much the same before my first cycle as I did after my 2nd and third.. I was in the rut. Gain, come off, lose.

      I wasted my first 3 if you could call them "cycles" even. Diet is number 1 bro...seriously I always try to tell guys this and they don't believe me. Steroids will never work how you imagine they can with out serious diet. Im 210-215 and 5 10" Im at 300p, almost 600 carbs, and trying to get 5000 calories when it beens varying from 4600-5100.

      In all fairness maybe the only way to learn is to do it...I have a bunch of guys at work trying gear and they always say I don't want to get really big! ???Seriously? You cant anyway so don't kid yourself I tell them. lol My opinion is I think your going to start the cycle regardless but try to get the eating down over the next month or two and see the changes it makes to your body. I think youll be very surprised brother.

      PLease know no one is busting your balls, these are all OPINIONS and THOUGHTS of individuals who have been there before Hope I can help along the way bro!

      I know it's not what you want to here brother, but honestly you should wait. You will be happy you did, you have alot of natural potential left.

      You can put on alot more muscle with diet and training and simple supplements, just be patient bro. If you can bench 225 @150lb then you are strong.

      You need to be eating alot more @150lb. at least 250g protein and 250g carbs everyday.

      You might as well get used to eating constantly. I eat at least 7 times a day full meals sometimes 9 or 10 times depending on how long I'm awake.

      Listen to these guys. But like Train said you will probably do the cycle anyways. So here is the best advise I can give you. Eat,eat,eat!! You will learn to eat even when you are not hungry. Someone started a thread the other day about getting tired of food. And a lot of us replied to that. Bro sometimes I have to choke my food down. No kidding!! I take a bite chew a little bit force it down with water. It takes quality calories to get big. And lots of them. At 150lb you need to eat 5000 calories a day. Guys think that you just using AAS and get big. Your diet is 70% of the equation.
