Help with my stomach

I have been checking for pains and none as far as that goes. And I have a major appetite. I've had to really force skipping meals just to give the bloat and heartburn a break. And yes Kubes, labs are next. Going to get those Monday. It's odd. I can't really pin down a problem food or anything at all really. It's constant and doesn't change. The heartburn is off an on really depending on movement, the gas is nonstop , the small burps are after any food consumption , and bloat is constant.'stomach is like a ballon at all times

What greens are you eating? Have you started buying your produce from another place? I have had similar symptoms from bad broccoli

I have a salad with my 2 lunch and dinner. I usually mix baby kale and spinach in my shakes. Eat broccoli about every 2-3 days. I'm sure this will end up being a trial and error deal. Frustrating part is I can tell my body is ready to grow more and this is holding me back or at a standstill atleast. I imagine if I doesn't get better in a week I'll go to doctor

Amy updates on that best Antiacid? I have been taking protonix and tums lately and man after meals my bloating is bad and ALL DAY My stomach is on fire burning so bad :/ any otc med recommendations ?

If you're taking protonix, there is absolutely no reason for you to be taking tums.

Pain and change in bowel habits will be the real signs of a problem. If the distention is getting progressively worse, that is a problem too. If it is causing you emotional distress, it might be worth seeing a doctor. Be honest about your drug use when you do see one. It stinks that you're uninsured. There may be some social service that could help. I don't know if Texas does that sort of thing, though.

Have you tries OTC Nexium , I take the rx version for my acid reflux, it may take a couple of doses for it to work properly. If I don't take rx I have constant heartburn all day, even after drinking water...

does this work better than protonix? the protonix does not seem to be helping.

If protonix isnt helping, nexium probably won't. If you're taking Protonix and still feel like you need to take tums, there may be something else wrong. Tell your doctor. You may benefit from an endoscopy.
