      Question Help with my stomach

Curious to hear what advice y'all may have. For going on about 2.5 weeks, and gradually getting worse, I've been very bloated in stomach, gas like crazy, burping a lot , heartburn every time I move, extreme lethargy. I've been trying to manage symptoms with antacids , gas x, pro biotics and what not, but it's not helping. My diet is very clean and right where it should be. I haven't changed it in 3 months except adding maybe 100-200 cals here and there when I've gained size. It just kinda sprang up. Have no insurance so trying to manage this myself. Have tried pounding down water also and fasting for a few days but doesn't help and the bloat in stomach is getting to the point where my water consumption and food intake are getting effected. I take plenty of fiber as well. Anyways, just curious to hear what y'all say. Thanks for any ideas

Your diet isnt the cause. You have something Internally, like your digestive tract, thats giving you all those problems.if all those OTC Stuff dont help, better to deal with a medical bill than to be in pain all the time.Have that checked out brother.

Let us know if your taking anything .
If nothing here then what Toppjimie said , Dr might be only choice .
Could be IBS , Illiotis or Collitis . Many things I can't think of .
      Be well and good luck

We do run the risk of getting food allergies (from Mild to Wild).
When we eat the same food consistently sometimes our bodies fight back.
I kno I have developed a mild allergy to oats/oatmeal (possible gluten?-processed oatmeal brands contain gluten), I used to love + eat oatmeal all the time now it bloats me, I feel lethargic and get wild gas.

The above things they should be considered.. Stress makes me get stomach issues, could be a possibility.

I'm on wk 8 of 15 wk cycle of test e 500. Not taking anything else at moment. I kicked with dbol first 4 wks. I haven't really changed anything other than adding in proviron a week and half ago. I don't take any supplement. I make my own protein shakes from scratch-no powders. The food allergy thing has definitely crossed my mind from consuming the same foods repeatedly. I switch up my carbs and meats etc, but really only between maybe 3 foods. I have been under a little stress with work but nothing out of the ordinary. My BP has been raised somewhat lately and I'm looking into different ideas to bring it down some.

If you are only experiencing the symptoms you mentioned, it may be something minor.

However, if you are also experiencing the following symptoms, it is highly likely to be an digestive/ intestinal issue which should be seen by a Gastroenterologist ASAP: loss of appetite, constipation, diarrhea or change in bowel habits or tenderness, cramps or pain in the abdomen (usually in the lower left side but may occur on the right) that is sometimes worse when you move.
