Seen some people posting that they are getting diet ideas from other brothers on bop, I would like to get something different ideas if at all possible. Where might i be able to find some diets on here? Trying to learn as much as possible about every aspect of getting BIG.. I have lots of questions but dont want to overwhelm. Hope everyone has a great weekend and be safe.
