      Nutrition

      Alright BOP i been thinking about starting this thread for a while now. As we all know nutrition is everything about this lifestyle. There are many different ways to adjust your food depending on your goals. Lets here what your eating, What your goals are and lets help each other exceed our goals!

      For my snacks I have started eating these pre packed tuna and chicken products with whole grain bread/ or whole grain crackers. When that gets mondane they actually have some cool recipes on the container for salads. I'm cutting down.

      Tuna makes a great snack and whole food is great. Have you tried the Ezekiel bread yet? It's not really bread it's all sprouted grains and a staple carb source in my nutrition plan. Makes meals on the run so much easier to prepare

      It does.. There is bread style, English muffins, hamburger, hotdog buns and tortillas. I like them all and I usually toast the buns to make them I Little crispy

      Especially for foods on the run. If I have the time sweet potatoes and brown rice are the main carb sources but sometimes life gets in the way of things

      Kubes turned me on to the ezikiel english muffins a while back. They are great especially toasted. That is the only product I use for bread.
