Thanks a lot for posting this information Pain, I've had a difficult time figuring out what's okay to eat at night and what I should stay away from. I am going to plan my evening/night meals for the week based on this information and post any changes I experience! I appreciate this information a lot and I'm excited to incorporate it into my routine!

Ive always been one to eat before bed and i feel like it kinda cuts out that huge fasting period while asleep.

I was under the impression when talking anything slow digesting that if you consume a fair amount of slow digesting or complex calories it will slow down any sime ones anyway.
So unless you live off of cola you should be ok lol.
