      Meal plans

      G'day guys I'm looking for someone to do me up a meal plan, Has anyone had a good experience regarding meal plans? Or know where I can get one done? I've had a couple made for me in the passed but they are far from user friendly. Cheers

      Hey mate i sometimes use The automatic meal planner - Eat This Much for my weekly plans. You can work out calories, protein/carbs/fat ratios etc. It will spit out your weekly meals/recipes and it emails you the grocery list as well.

      All good mate. Ive got tapatalk on phone and get bored at work so im always on here haha. I think someone else posted that meal site a while back. I pinched ot from someone anyway and have been using it since and just adjusting as i need.

      Hope your having some time off over christmas brother. Need that down time.

      Just my 2 cents. I always prepare my own lists from things you know are within easy reach availability and financial. Then try to move items in and out to I can hit total calories for a day. then play around with weight of food to hit macros.

      My Cals are around 3500 ratio of 45% protein 35% carbs 20% fats.
      Im 6ft2 and vary from 91kg to 94kg depends what time I weigh in kubes.
      Ive never had my body fat percentage check, I'd bet is was around 15-18%

      That link for the meal planner isn't too bad. You can always tweak what it gives you to suit you better.
