10 egg whites one yolk Ezekiel muffin and 16 oz glass of oj
3 whole eggs, egg whites oatmeal and black berries for 1st meal. Will have Lean pork chops and oatmeal for #2 here in a few.
Pre workout meal- Oats with blueberries, 4 whole eggs 4 egg whites. I will be having a glass of OJ closer to workout time. Ate with a passion this am, cant wait to hit the weights.
4 waffles each one with a scoop of peanut butter and syrup , 4 egg whites and 12 ounces of Vitamin D milk ;)
Lunch: grilled tilapia, brown rice, broccoli
