What the hell....
I just ate for lunch 6oz of ground turkey and 1 cup mixed veggies.
I am eating a pasta dish I make with ground turkey, onions, garlic and tomato sauce
Casein shake.
About a pound of Ground Turkey , a couple cups of jasmine rice , Salad and a casein shake before bed.

1 1/2 cup oats, banana, handful of almonds and 40 gram protein shake.
Meal 1 8 egg whites and 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2 8 egg whites and 2.5 slices ezekiel bread
