      Geek homeless dirty bulk problem

Ok the macros are 69/69/15. Roughly rounded with decimals. OK I have money buy food. Problem is I have no access to a kitchen. I live in a place that can provide me with a lunch, homecooked(kitchen on premise residence can't use it) and a dinner. Luckly, a cut phase isn't in order. Bulking for WI terms is in effect. I no clean foods in sight. Help A Bro out. Really cuckold up situation here. How can I hit these macros? Help bros!

You can do it without a kitchen, you at least have a small fridge, if not wheat bread and peanut butter without the corn syrup in it, I like Peter pan.

Buy precooked chicken at the grocery store and make sandwiches on wheat tortillas or bread. The kind I buy has 8 grams of protein per wrap.

what is a 69 69 15 macro? lol also what is your total cal intake you are looking at. and there is no place you can go once a week to cook? even a local park to grill up some chicken?

I cook about 10-20 breasts at a time, i cook all my meals for the week in 1 sitting and freeze them all

all n all , you need a kitchen man at least once a week, I dont see any good way to eat proper without using you own food, anything you buy is packed full of things we dont want, sodium is the biggest, esp pre cooked chicken in bags.

I would really really try to find a solution brother if you can.

if not let me know exactly the macros , cals and how many meals your able to eat in a day.

obviously a good protein will be needed, along side pre cooked rice in those cups made my minute rice ( tons of it, literally tons) keep in mind everything pre cooked you get less bang for your buck.

also muscle egg is a good supp,, you can drink right from carton, ( these are pricey but i love them)

veges well broccoli right off the stalk, no need for a kitchen for any of that.

exactly. peanutbutter or almond butter sandwichs and add in 2-3 protein drinks, or better yet a smoothy, if you have atleast a sink and a blender, in smoothy: 1banana, 2-3tbs nut butter, 3 scoops of protein powder, 25-35g oatmeal.

that means your eating those macros 6 times a day . thats 408g of protein which is overkill by a shitload. lower the protein, up the fats, thatll save you time and money

Damn bro not trying to judge but 5'11" @260 at 24% bulking might not be ideal. Perhaps try to diet down a bit first. Just my thoughts.
