      Pre and post workout I try to eat a banana because it is a simple carb and will spike my insulin and help replenish glycogen storage

      I like my oj with breakfast and complex carbs the rest of the day only. Sweet potato is my favorite cause it keeps me full the longest

      Pre and post workout I eat bananas and oats with yogurt. Tryed oj for a while but it gives me mad heartburn throughout the day.

      i eat all my carbs pre and post workout. I do jasmine rice with both and maybe a banana. I eat fibrous carbs with my other meals, usually green beans
