High fat low carb vs. high carb low fat?

What works best for you while on or off a cycle? I personally have done both and the high fat diet worked extremely well in the past. Just took a while for to the fat to start dropping but once it did, it was glorious.

      Whats the end goal?

Anabolic diet is good for fat loss, but I dont feel its too beneficial to grow.
I prefer fat and carb segregation. So carbs only around the workout, fats the rest of the day except last meal, which is protein only. I find that I can grow rather quick and keep lean, or even lose fat depending on my level of cardio and carbs utilized peri workout. If I want to be more in a deficit ill avoid carbs pre and intra workout and just get them in post for 2 meals.

depends on bodytype. some people react better to high carb, some high fat, some do well on an even amount of all 3 macros. theres no cookie cutter answer

I think this is a great plan. Mix of keto and glycogen loading. Youll learn a LOT about your own body following this

What I do for people I help is have them do low to no carb diet till they get to around 13% bf then I put them on a low fat high carb diet... I feel low carb is awesome if you have looks of fat.. then when u start get lean bring carbs back in to the diet. When you're at lower body fat the carbs really help you feel the pump and help you concentrate on the muscle groups that you are hitting
